Facility Attendant Services
A Facility Attendant is responsible for keeping the pool area clean, organized, and operating smoothly. Their role focuses on maintenance support, guest service, and rule enforcement.
- Water, deck and facility cleanliness
- Testing and recording chlorine and pH levels
- Prevent unauthorized entry
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Helps with resident needs
- Reports and records any maintenance or resident issues to upper management
- Does not perform rescues and are not lifeguards
Gate Monitor Services
A Gate Monitor is responsible for access control and entry management.
Key Duties
- Verify resident and guest access
- Prevent unauthorized entry
- Help enforce posted pool rules
- Lock/unlock gates at opening and closing times
- Do Not Perform rescues
- Do Not Clean the pool or deck
- Is not a Lifeguard
Clubhouse Management Services
Daily Oversight of the Physical Building and Amenities:
- Opening/closing procedures
- Cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, kitchens, event rooms, gym, indoor pool, tennis courts
- Equipment inspections
- Safety checks (fire extinguishers, alarms, exits)
- Managing room reservations and booking calendar
- Collecting rental fees & deposits
- Enforcing clubhouse rules
- Managing access (key fobs, codes)
- Incident reporting
- Track and coordinate repairs and maintenance
